Served as Lead Application Developer for the Philippine National Police Reviewer App, a mobile platform designed to support aspiring PNP personnel. Led the overall development, created a detailed cost analysis and bill of materials including manpower and resource planning. Designed the system architecture and various feature modules, provided hands-on support to the development team, and oversaw successful deployment on Android. Integrated PayPal for secure and seamless payment processing.
