Led the development of the Merkado App, an e-commerce application launched during the COVID-19 pandemic to support local businesses in Cebu City. Conducted comprehensive cost analysis and prepared the bill of materials, including manpower and resource planning. Designed the system architecture and core modules and provided technical leadership and hands-on support to the development team to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
